EquipmentShare.com Inc. (NASDAQ:EQPT) shares are trading higher on Monday after the company raised its full-year 2026 financial guidance.

The company cited strong customer demand, high fleet utilization and improving productivity across its rental network.

Details

The company now expects total revenue of $5.81 billion to $6.05 billion (vs. consensus of $5.580 billion), up from its previous range of $5.25 billion to $5.68 billion.

Rental segment revenue is projected at $3.82 billion to $3.98 billion, while adjusted Core EBITDA is expected to reach $2.14 billion to $2.22 billion, compared with the prior forecast of $1.95 billion to $2.06 billion for the year.

Strong Network Boosts Optimism

CEO Jabbok Schlacks said maturing rental locations, strong customer relationships and a growing project pipeline support the improved outlook.

He added that EquipmentShare’s current network could support a long-term annual Core EBITDA run rate of approximately $4 billion.

How EquipmentShare Makes Money: Rentals, Services, and Sales

EquipmentShar is a vertically integrated platform that combines proprietary technology, a connected equipment fleet, and a nationwide footprint to serve the construction industry. It operates through Equipment Rental and Services Operations (recurring activity at full-service branch locations, including rentals and related services) and Equipment Sales (new/used equipment sales, including to participants in its OWN Program).

That mix matters for today’s move because the guidance raise is tied directly to rental demand, fleet utilization, and the pace at which locations mature across its network. In its updated outlook, the company also highlighted expectations for mature rental sites to reach 262 by the end of 2026, up from 186 at the end of 2025—an expansion story that can drive growth but also keeps investors focused on execution.
