11:56 PM EDT, 10/19/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Ocean Sun (OSUN.OL) Chief Financial Officer Karl Lawenius will leave the company on Jan. 31, 2027, according to a Monday filing. The Oslo-listed renewable energy technology company said Chief Executive Officer Kristian Tørvold will cover the responsibilities of the CFO, in addition to his current role, upon Lawenius' departure. The company noted that the change is part of efforts to realign its resource base and cost structure with its strategic priorities.
