The titanium minerals and zircon producer was responding to local media reports, which cited a government spokesman, claiming that the deal was finalized, according to a Tuesday filing. The implementation agreement grants certain rights and concessions to the company's Kenmare Moma Processing (Mauritius) and unambiguous renewal rights.
