As the US continues to pressure Kiev to make concessions to reach an agreement with Russia, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will travel to Norway to participate in new peace negotiations. According to a statement from the Norwegian government, US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff will travel to Oslo to attend Tuesday's meeting. Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahl Stöhler and Finnish President Alexander Stubb will also attend; another US envoy, Jared Kushner, will attend the talks online. The meeting comes at a time of heightened tension between Zelensky and US President Donald Trump. Trump criticized Zelensky again on Monday. Earlier, Kyiv officials said they suspected that the US would restrict intelligence sharing from time to time. Despite Washington's denials, this led to Russian missiles being able to hit Ukraine, and Ukraine was not warned.
