04:25 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Logistics and industrial real estate group CTP (CTPNV.AS) leased 55,619 square meters of space at CTPark Bucharest West near Bucharest, Romania, to Polish retailer Pepco Group (PCO.WA). Pepco will operate the leased space in the industrial and logistics park as a regional distribution center for Romania and the Central Eastern Europe region, according to a Tuesday release.
