05:37 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- UK's antitrust regulator is seeking comments on Intersurgical's planned acquisition of Teleflex's acute care and interventional urology businesses. The interested parties can comment on whether the proposed deal would have any impact on competition until Nov. 3, the Competition and Markets Authority said in a Tuesday notice. The regulator has not yet launched a formal investigation into the transaction. Following the completion of the deal, Armira Capital and TA Associates will take over Intersurgical.
