06:17 AM EDT, 10/20/2026 (MT Newswires) -- NCC (NCC-A.ST) will relocate its head office to the Hangar 5 office complex in Bromma, Sweden, from Solna in the third quarter of 2027, reducing its annual costs by 50 million kronor. The Swedish construction company's move to a smaller office space covering 8,000 square meters will deliver annual savings of 25 million kronor in 2027 and 50 million kronor from 2028, according to a Tuesday release. However, NCC's lease in Solna runs until the end of the third quarter of 2029, which will reduce its earnings in the third quarter of 2026 by 198 million kronor.
