The term sheet outlines key terms and conditions of the sale, according to a Tuesday release. The potential sale would form part of the German private equity investor's portfolio strategy to cut its exposure to the retail segment. The companies plan to sign the share purchase agreement and close the transaction in the fourth quarter, subject to merger clearance from the President of the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection and other customary closing conditions.
