Zhitong Finance App learned that on October 20, Deshi Technology-B (02526) disclosed the first batch of equity incentive grant arrangements after listing. This time, a total of 778,962 share awards were awarded to 23 employees, accounting for 0.88% of the total number of H shares issued by the company; of these, the share option exercise price was 230.44 yuan, a 3.34% premium over the closing price on the grant date, which deeply tied employee earnings to the company's long-term value-added, demonstrating the company's confidence in future development.

This incentive is the first time since the company's 2026 share incentive plan was approved by the shareholders' meeting. It includes two types of share options and restricted share units (RSUs). Among them, 11 employees were granted 238,300 share options at an exercise price of HK$230.44 per share, which is 3.34% higher than the closing price of HK$223 on the grant date. Employees can subscribe for shares at that price after meeting the conditions of ownership and exercise. The higher the share price increase, the higher the potential price difference benefits; the 23 employees were granted 540,662 RSUs at a grant price of $1 per share, taking into account historical contributions and retention of core talents. The ownership period for the two types of shares ranges from 5 months to 48 months, and is linked to conditions such as continuous employment and annual assessment. The relevant shares will be paid through the issuance of new H shares.

As a medical imaging AI circuit company, Deshi promotes R&D and clinical implementation around the iMEDIMage general medical imaging base and iMedLoop platform, requiring long-term collaboration among teams in various fields such as medicine, algorithms, engineering, and commercialization. This equity incentive gathers core talents through a benefit-sharing mechanism, supports technology accumulation and transformation into product and service capabilities, and further establishes a long-term interest bond between employees and shareholders to share growth.
