12:08 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Wemaco Invest will sell up to 60,392 existing registered shares B in Zug Estates (ZUGN.SW) through a share placement. The Swiss property company said the number of shares and the offering price will be determined after closing of the bookbuilding, according to a Tuesday release. Zug Estates will not receive any proceeds from the issue.
