Fnac Darty shareholders have until Nov. 9 to tender their shares at 35 euros each, following the 1 euro dividend paid on June 5, according to a Tuesday release. Holders of the company's OCEANE convertible bonds are offered 81.16 euros per bond. If EP Group meets the requirement to hold more than 50% of the share capital or voting rights in Fnac Darty, the offer will reopen for at least 10 trading days.
