01:20 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Zug Estates (ZUGN.SW) shareholder Wemaco Invest sold 60,392 registered B shares to institutional investors through an accelerated bookbuild at 2,070 francs each. Following the placement, Wemaco Invest, owned by Werner Weber and Corinne Lütscher-Weber, no longer holds any B shares in the Swiss property company, according to a Wednesday release.
