01:22 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sika (SIKA.SW) agreed to purchase Japan-based adhesive technologies company Resonac, according to a Wednesday release. The transaction is expected to expand the Swiss specialty chemicals company's adhesives business, customer base and manufacturing footprint in Asia. Closing is anticipated in mid-2027.
