02:19 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Segro (SGRO.L) posted 70 million pounds sterling in new headline rent contracted for the first nine months of 2026, up 32% year over year, it said Wednesday. The London-listed industrial and data center property company attributed 42 million pounds of rent to its existing portfolio, while development letting contributed 28 million pounds.
