03:02 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- ValiRx's (VAL.L) subsidiary ValiSeek holds a 5.55% stake in Ambrose Healthcare, which recently acquired AM-Pharma for up to 161 million euros. The life science company said Wednesday that ValiSeek received 576,000 Ambrose shares through an intellectual property license agreement related to its VAL401 cancer treatment in June. ValiSeek is also eligible to receive 16 million pounds sterling in clinical and commercial milestone payments, alongside royalties. ValiRx said it is Ambrose's third-largest shareholder through its subsidiary ValiSeek.
