04:28 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Talisman Metals' (TLM.L) initial drilling program at its Tirzzit project in Morocco confirmed consistent copper mineralization within the mine's late Precambrian basal series sedimentary strata. Assay results from the first four reverse circulation drill holes identified intercepts including 1.56% copper and 64 grams per tonne of silver over 2 meters from 8 meters downhole, 0.31% copper over 10 meters from 2 meters downhole, and 0.31% copper and 7 grams per tonne of silver over 5 meters from 83 meters downhole, according to a Wednesday filing. The mining company expects to complete drilling at its exploration targets in the next four to six weeks, with full assay results anticipated throughout the fourth quarter.
