04:57 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Saudi Arabia's Capital Market Authority is seeking feedback from capital market participants and related parties on draft rules designed to improve the quality and clarity of annual corporate financial disclosures. The proposed rules include creating a dedicated report section for consolidated financial and operational information, according to a Wednesday filing. Most notably, the draft sets minimum disclosure standards for the new section, requiring comprehensive analysis of operational results, financial position, liquidity, drivers behind significant financial shifts, and a review of material trends and potential business uncertainties that could impact a company's future financial position. The consultation period will end on Nov. 20.
