06:05 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Mobico Group (MCG.L) received a non-binding cash offer proposal from Spanish bus operator Autobuses de Leon to buy the company for 0.46 pound sterling per share. The British transport company said Wednesday its independent directors are "minded" to recommend the offer to shareholders if Autobuses de Leon makes a formal bid on the proposed terms and both sides agree on the final conditions and details of the deal. Mobico will grant Autobuses de Leon access to confirmatory due diligence, but there is no guarantee a formal offer will follow.
