Ltd., a Singapore private company limited by shares, holds Bitcoin valued at more than $250 million.* The Company’s subsidiary, Alpha Modus, Corp., is advancing ARIA and a patent enforcement program, while subsidiary Alpha Modus Financial Services, LLC oversees Alpha Cash. Management believes each business offers its own opportunity for long-term value creation.
