08:50 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Infineon Technologies (IFX.F) and Nvidia (NVD.F) are collaborating on 800-volt direct current power architectures for artificial intelligence data centers. The German semiconductor manufacturer's gallium nitride-based technology will be used in the high-voltage intermediate bus converter stage in the power delivery chain of data centers, according to a Wednesday release.
