Zhitong Finance App News, Dexiang Xinyun Computing Power (00199) announced that in order to assist the company and board of directors in developing, operating and supervising the AI business, the group has established an AI business management structure, or AI business management committee, which is supervised by the board of directors. The AI Management Committee will be authorized to make operational decisions within its terms of reference, and relevant professional departments will also participate in the review process and provide advice. The AI Management Committee is essentially the Group's management committee, not a committee under the Board of Directors.

The AI Management Committee is composed of Executive Director Mr. Cao Xinwei as Chairman and AI Business Supervisor, Mr. Sun Wenzheng, Technical Supervisor, and Group Financial Supervisor. The Technical Supervisor is responsible for the technical assessment, while the Treasurer reviews the budget, cash flow and financial risk. The AI Management Committee is also supported by technical staff in carrying out technical reviews of infrastructure, system architecture, delivery capacity and operational reliability to ensure that the promises, resource arrangements and capital allocations made to customers are commensurate with the Group's actual ability to fulfill its contractual responsibilities under the AI business.

As far as the AI infrastructure operation business is concerned, the group plans to develop an artificial intelligence computing power center (AIDC) on a relevant plot in the Xiaoyangkou area of Rudong County, Nantong City, Jiangsu Province. The Group is currently advancing preparations related to the AIDC project through a special project company, including appointing Jiangsu Engineering Consulting Center Co., Ltd. (a company funded by Jiangsu State-owned Capital Investment and Operation Group Co., Ltd.) as an independent professional consultant to provide professional support for project feasibility studies, energy assessments and related project declarations; it is promoting government cooperation agreements, first-phase land use arrangements, energy assessments and customer needs coordination; it is continuing to research and promote direct green power supply cooperation with a large state-owned energy enterprise to meet the pure green electricity needs of the project and investment in some power infrastructure .

The group is also advancing an AIDC project in Hong Kong. The Group has appointed local external professional consultants to carry out preliminary construction planning and design, and is proceeding with the preparation and submission of site selection plans and letters of intent (EOI). The Group has also further negotiated with potential power suppliers and reached a preliminary agreement on the power supply for the project. Specific power supply capacity, connection plans, engineering arrangements, division of responsibilities and commercial terms are still subject to further implementation of documents, technical research, and approval procedures. At this stage, no binding power supply arrangement has been established.

As far as the AI computing power orchestration and cloud service business is concerned, the Group has provided dedicated computing power services and shared computing power cloud services to multiple customers, and has entered into relevant procurement and customer contracts, that is, to obtain the right to use third-party computing power resources according to customer needs. The Group is continuing to promote negotiations with customers and suppliers, and gradually expand services after completing resource verification and implementing commercial terms.

As far as model services and application platforms are concerned, the group has launched a model service platform and developed paid services to provide customers with model call and related supporting services by integrating third-party models and computing power resources. The Group is continuously optimizing platform functionality, service performance and user experience based on operational feedback.
