11:13 AM EDT, 10/21/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Trelleborg's (TREL-B.ST) business area Trelleborg Sealing Solutions agreed to purchase US-based Tri-Mack Plastics Manufacturing, with closing expected in the first quarter of 2027. The Swedish engineered polymer group said Wednesday that the acquisition strengthens its thermoplastic offerings for the aerospace sector and expands its advanced composite and plastic components products for airframes and aircraft engines. Tri-Mack produces thermoplastics and composite materials, as well as parts for semiconductor equipment and industrial gas turbines, with reported sales of 300 million kronor in 2025.
