12:36 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Casino, Guichard-Perrachon's (CO.PA) Plesio business initiated exclusive talks with Coopérateurs de Normandie-Picardie to take over nine stores in France. The stores, located in the Rouen, Évreux, and Amiens regions, generate nearly 50 million euros in annual revenue and would operate under the Casino brand following the proposed transaction, according to a Wednesday release. The deal is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2027, subject to certain conditions and the signing of definitive agreements.
