12:48 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- N4 Group raised 33.1 million euros in its initial public offering on Euronext Growth Paris, comprising 7 million euros from new shares and 26.1 million euros from existing shareholders' share sales. The integrated fitness, sports nutrition, health and wellness group said Wednesday that shares were priced at 23.81 euros per share, valuing the company at 267 million euros. Trading is scheduled to start on Oct. 26, under the ALN4 ticker, with settlement on Oct. 23. N4 Group plans to use about 70% of the net proceeds from new shares, or 6.1 million euros, to expand industrial capacity at its N4 Labs facility in Voiron, France, while the remaining 30% will be used to develop its presence in Belgium, Spain, and Italy.
