03:48 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Dekel Agri-Vision (DKL.L) plans to raise equity utilizing the London stock exchange's capital access window, the agriculture company said Thursday. The company entered the capital access window on the same day, resulting in a voluntary temporary pause in trading on the AIM segment to reach a broader range of investors. Dekel Agri-Vision clarified that there is no certainty that it will proceed with the proposed fundraising. Proceeds are earmarked to acquire and install additional processing equipment to increase the cashew operation's raw cashew nut, or RCN, processing capability ahead of the 2027 season and to provide additional working capital to support the increased level of RCN processing.
