03:57 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Niox Group (NIOX.L) completed its tender offer for up to 12.5 million pounds sterling of its ordinary shares, with the repurchased shares slated for cancellation. The medical device company said Thursday it will buy 15,625,000 of the 215,151,513 shares validly tendered at 0.80 pound apiece.
