04:26 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Hui10 unit Beijing Huishi Chunyuan Technology Development Co., or Lucky World, signed a commercial cooperation deal with the China Culture & Tourism (Beijing) Cultural Development Co. The agreement will secure Lucky World 50% of the Qianlong Garden immersive digital exhibition's intellectual property licensing for specified assets, the exhibition design, and construction-plan fees for potential expansion deals, according to a Thursday release. Additionally, Lucky World will also get exclusive rights for the project's authorized merchandise. The company said that the partnership will run until July 31, 2030. Hui10 is a unit of the cash-shell company Acceler8 Ventures (AC8.L).
