05:58 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Addtech Group's (ADDT-B.ST) Addtech Energy business area agreed to purchase Connectors & Switchgear, a British manufacturer of high-voltage connectors and related components for substations and switchgear. The transaction will close on Thursday, with the acquired company becoming part of the Swedish technical services group's Allied Insulators unit, according to a same-day release. Connectors & Switchgear generates annual sales of 10 million pounds sterling. Addtech Group expects the acquisition to have a marginally positive impact on its EPS in the current financial year.
