As part of the settlement, the cryptocurrency exchange platform provider's unit will pay a 3.3 million-euro fine, according to a Thursday release. "We have fully addressed the concerns that led to this settlement and there was no customer impact: no client suffered any financial loss or was unable to access their funds as a result of these historic practices." The breach of the safeguarding obligations occurred from Nov. 1, 2020, to Aug. 19, 2025, the central bank said in a separate release.
