MOUNT AIRY, N.C. (AP) — MOUNT AIRY, N.C. (AP) — Insteel Industries Inc. (IIIN) on Thursday reported net income of $7.7 million in its fiscal fourth quarter.

The Mount Airy, North Carolina-based company said it had profit of 40 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for restructuring costs, were 43 cents per share.

The maker of steel wire reinforcing for the concrete and construction industry posted revenue of $209.3 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $29.5 million, or $1.51 per share. Revenue was reported as $739.5 million.
