Olenox Industries Inc. (NASDAQ:OLOX) ("Olenox" or the "Company"), an integrated energy and infrastructure company, today outlined the next planned phase of its gas-to-power-to-compute strategy: establishing lower-cost electricity, potentially relocating existing Bitcoin miners to that power supply and looking at opportunities to expand its mining fleet.

Olenox is targeting an expansion from approximately 9,700 to 20,000 miners -- more than doubling its fleet -- supported by its strategy to develop lower-cost, self-generated power. Expansion remains subject to its ability to raise substantial financing, power availability, equipment procurement and project execution.

Building on its recent acquisitions, Olenox is evaluating its Wildboy natural-gas platform in British Columbia and its Pecos-area energy platform in Texas as potential locations for self-generated power and mining deployments. If feasible, the plan would connect the Company's expanding energy platform with its established mining business, creating a path to capture more value from both.

Olenox is targeting an electricity rate of approximately $0.015 per kilowatt-hour ("kWh"), compared with approximately $0.06 per kWh under its current operating arrangements. If achieved on a comparable, all-in delivered-cost basis, the target would represent a 75% reduction in the electricity rate -- a potential operating advantage the Company intends to pursue across its existing fleet and future deployments.
