09:57 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Bena Steel Industries (SASE:9563) appointed Khalid Mohammad Saad AlBawardi as chairman and Sami AbdulRahman AlBawardi as vice chairman of its board, effective Thursday. The Saudi steelmaker said Thursday that the appointments will run for four years, ending Oct. 21, 2030.
