10:22 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Sadr Logistics Co (SASE:1832) Chairman Mohammed Abdullah Abdulkarim Al-Samaani resigned from the company, effective Thursday, for personal reasons. The Saudi logistics company appointed Vice Chairman Bandar Mohammed Abdullah Al-Samaani as the new chairman, effective immediately, according to a same-day filing. Meanwhile, Khalid Abdulaziz Al-Bakri was named the new vice chairman. Both appointments will remain in effect until the board term ends on Sept. 15, 2028.
