10:50 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Danish software company cBrain (CBRAIN.CO) formed a wholly owned US subsidiary, cBrain Inc., and registered it with the federal government's System for Award Management. The registration allows cBrain to bid directly for US federal government contracts, while the unit will handle local clients, contract work, and service delivery, according to a Thursday release. CBrain said the move supports its plans to expand in the US market and grow global sales of its government software.
