11:22 AM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BofA Global Research revised its earnings estimates for Schneider Electric (SU.PA) following the French energy management and automation group's third-quarter revenue update. "Schneider delivered a strong 3Q, raising guidance across both volume and margins. We believe consensus underestimates the mid-term growth outlook for Energy Management, where we are 350bp above consensus on organic growth in 2027 and 550bp above in 2028," analysts said Thursday. "We update our forecasts to incorporate three principal changes: stronger margin drop-through in Energy Management, dilution from the accelerated bookbuild, and the consolidation of Cognite from 1 January 2027. The stronger underlying operating assumptions reflect increased confidence following 3Q, while the equity raise mechanically increases Schneider's share count following the funding of PTC." BofA's forecast changes include lower adjusted EPS expectations for 2026 and 2027, while that for 2028 was bumped up. Against this backdrop, the research firm reiterated its buy rating on the stock while reducing the price objective to 356 euros from 367 euros.
