12:05 PM EDT, 10/22/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Banco BPM (BAMI.MI) will accept for purchase 143.2 million euros of notes validly tendered under the tender offer for its existing 300 million-euro perpetual additional tier 1 notes. The first call date of the existing 7% additional tier 1 notes is April 12, 2027, the Italian bank said in a Thursday release. The tender offer is expected to be settled on Oct. 26.
