• PGIM’s real estate investment group has provided over $100 million in fixed-rate financing to Continental Realty Corporation for the financing of two multifamily properties located in Tampa, Florida and Nashville, Tennessee. Details of the Tampa property include: Grand Reserve at Tampa Palms, a 390-unit garden-style multifamily property. Amenities include a pool, an outdoor kitchen, a fitness center and a dog-washing station. Grand Reserve additionally features a jacuzzi, tennis court and basketball court.
