12:22 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nokia (NOKIA.HE) will explore cooperation with satellite maker and operator Iceye to support the development of Ukraine's sovereign satellite communications capabilities. The parties signed a letter of intent for the potential partnership alongside the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine on Thursday, according to a same-day release.
