01:12 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- HBM Healthcare Investments (HBMNE.SW) logged 176.7 million francs in net result in the fiscal first half, compared with 95.6 million francs a year ago. Basic EPS moved to 26.82 francs from 14.25 francs year over year, a Friday filing showed. For the six months ended Sept. 30, the result from investment activities was 178.6 million francs versus 97.6 million francs previously, the Swiss healthcare investment group added.
