01:59 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Skanska (SKA-B.ST) agreed to sell TingsParken, a rental multifamily project in Gothenburg, Sweden, for 380 million kronor, the Sweden-listed construction group said Friday. The Folksam Group, through KPA Pension, is acquiring the project, which comprises 128 rental apartments and a small commercial space. The deal is expected to close upon completion of the project, which is scheduled for the first quarter of 2029.
