02:38 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Indutrade (INDT.ST) has acquired Schraner, a Germany-based manufacturer of fire peripheral systems and sensors with annual sales of 8 million euros, according to a Friday release. The acquisition closed on Oct. 22. Schraner will become part of the Swedish technology and industrial business group's infrastructure and construction business area.
