The Finnish energy company said Friday that it acquired 105,108,968 shares at 47 Norwegian kroner apiece, representing 96.12% of Elmera's share capital and voting rights excluding treasury shares. Elmera will be consolidated into Fortum's Consumer Solutions segment.
