03:12 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Fintel (FNTL.L) acquired all the shares it did not already own in mortgage technology provider Mortgage Brain Holdings for a total consideration of 38.4 million pounds sterling. The London-listed financial technology, data and business support services provider said Friday that it initially acquired a 5.8% stake in Mortgage Brain in March 2024. The consideration for the latest acquisition comprises 28.9 million pounds of initial cash and 9.5 million pounds payable 18 months after completion.
