03:43 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- An affiliate of TA Associates Management sold 88,505,764 shares in W.A.G Payment Solutions (EWG.L), d/b/a Eurowag, for 1 pound sterling apiece. The transaction is expected to settle on Oct. 27, after which the selling shareholder will no longer hold any shares in the London-listed payments and mobility platform, according to a Friday release.
