04:24 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Catenai (CTAI.L) reported that Innovate UK Loans filed an application to appoint an administrator for Klarian at the UK High Court on Oct. 16. The AIM-listed digital media and technology services company said Friday it has yet to receive 699,160 pounds sterling that Klarian agreed to repay under an unsecured convertible loan note and related fees. The repayment was due on July 1, and no further extension has been agreed. As of June 30, the amount owed to Catenai, including accrued fees, was around 762,084 pounds.
