The Zhitong Finance App learned that the “2026 JD Industrial Intelligent Sensing Industry Empowerment Conference” co-hosted by JD Industrial (07618) and the Shenzhen Intelligent Sensing Association was held in Guangming District, Shenzhen to help the Shenzhen-Guanhui Industrial Belt to promote investment and industrial cooperation and promote the integration and collaborative development of regional industrial resources. Nearly 100 companies including Guangming Kefa, Xinwei Technology, Huiwang Technology, Meisi Advanced, Yipuxing, Langrui Sensing, and Jingyouda attended the conference.

JD Industrial announced seven major cooperation directions for the intelligent sensing industry: jointly building an online sensor innovation platform; promoting online and catalog sales of enterprise products, especially standard parts and inventory; co-organizing “smart sensing+” industry events; collaborating to publish sensor industry standards; strategic investments; breakthroughs in self-branded sensor categories and overseas cooperation with domestic brands to provide comprehensive support for sensor companies to scale up.

Jiang Yong, president of the Shenzhen Intelligent Sensing Association, said that sensor companies generally face realistic pain points such as a single customer acquisition channel, insufficient resources for major customers, high supply chain costs, difficult overseas expansion, long scenario verification cycles, and “long-tail” characteristics such as customization, multiple varieties, small batches, and small order size of individual products. As a leading provider of industrial supply chain technology and service solutions in China, JD Industrial proposed a digital intelligent layout idea for the entire supply chain link to supply and demand. The Association will work closely with JD Industrial to empower the sensing industry.

Smart sensors are one of the three leading industries in the “3+3+1" modern industrial system in Guangming District of Shenzhen. Wu Yan, deputy director of the Shenzhen Guangming District Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, explained that Guangming District has laid out a smart sensing industry community and professional park in the Greater Bay Area to jointly build a public service platform of about 10,000 square meters, supporting a total industrial fund of 5 billion yuan; the cluster has been selected as a national SME characteristic industrial cluster, with a scale of more than 18 billion yuan in 2025. “Guangming District supports platforms such as JD Industrial to bring orders, standards and fulfillment capabilities into the cluster, and continue to do a good job of opening up scenarios and connecting supply and demand.”

The relevant person in charge of JD Industrial explained the service capabilities provided to the industry in terms of technological innovation and compliance: in response to large-scale delivery and overseas demand, JD Industrial relies on Taipu's digital and physical integration solutions and the JoyIndustrial industrial model to form four types of “research, production, supply, and service” agent capabilities; the logistics side relies on JD Logistics's more than 3,600 warehouses to provide warehousing, transportation, distribution and reverse services; the international side already has global market layouts such as Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hungary, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates; the capital side can be distributed by the Group Industrial fund collaborative support.

The participating companies and JD Industrial had in-depth exchanges on topics such as channel expansion, model selection standards, and cooperation models, and formed a three-point consensus: accurate access and targeted promotion on the channel to form a “customer-JDong-supplier” channel; jointly build an innovation application center, jointly publish industry standards, and establish a platform-led industry standards and model selection whitelist system; focus on warehousing and self-operation in terms of contract implementation, and jointly explore component underwriting cooperation models to help manufacturers reduce channel investment and shorten the payback cycle.

The head of JD Industrial-related business said, “JD Industrial hopes to bring digital intelligence technology and supply chain operation capabilities into the industrial belt, open up product flow, data flow, and service flow, provide sensor companies with full support from product listing, channel expansion, and standard co-construction to fulfilling contracts overseas, and also provide a new sample for the collaborative development of industrial belts and platforms.”
