According to the Zhitong Finance App, Anton Oilfield Service (03337) announced that in the third quarter of 2026, the group added about 563 million yuan in new orders, down 55.8% from the same period last year. Among them, the Iraqi market added orders of about 196.6 million yuan, down 63.7% from the same period last year; orders from other overseas markets were about 28.5 million yuan, down 82.3% from the same period last year; and orders from the Chinese market were about 338 million yuan, down 40.7% from the same period last year.

In the Iraqi market, in the third quarter, due to the phased impact of the situation in the Middle East, there were delays in bidding, on-site work, and order confirmation for some projects. During the quarter, the Group won orders for asset-light maintenance personnel service projects, supervision projects, and water blocking projects. Due to the extension of order confirmation nodes for some large-scale projects to the fourth quarter, new orders decreased by 63.7% compared to the same period last year. The Group maintains high-level communication and business collaboration with the Iraqi Ministry of Petroleum, the National Petroleum Company and other important customers. While actively preparing and closely cooperating with the resumption of work arrangements, the Group continues to explore project opportunities in depth. During the quarter, the Group obtained crude oil sales qualifications in Iraq and signed a long-term cooperation agreement with the Iraqi National Petroleum Sales Company (SOMO). The Group's cooperation with the Iraqi Ministry of Petroleum and the State Oil Company was further deepened, and the business chain was further expanded to provide support for order conversion and business development under the normal market situation.

In other overseas markets, the Group won orders for projects such as sand prevention and water control, underground operations, and production increase technology during the quarter. Due to the long bidding and landing confirmation cycle for large-scale overseas project orders, the number of new orders in this market decreased by 82.3% year-on-year during the reporting period. The Group continues to promote a diversified layout in overseas markets, actively expand market opportunities in Kuwait, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, etc., and accumulate project reserves for subsequent large-scale project implementation and continuous overseas business growth. Currently, the Group is in the process of bidding for large-scale project orders in the Kuwaiti market and the Algerian market.

In the Chinese market, during the quarter, the Group won orders for drilling tool leasing, inspection services, completion tools and technical services. New orders in the Chinese market fell 40.7% year on year due to phased factors such as adjustments to customer bidding arrangements for some projects. Despite quarterly short-term order performance under pressure, the Group's business base, project reserves and long-term customer cooperation in the Chinese market are solid and stable. In the next step, the Group will continue to actively promote the execution of orders for high-quality technical service projects, promote the transformation and upgrading of regional business, and continue to promote high-quality business development in China.

As of September 30, 2026, the Group had ongoing orders of about 18.435.5 billion yuan, of which the Iraqi market had orders of about 7.25 billion yuan, accounting for 39.3% of the Group's current orders, and about 2,362 billion yuan in other markets, accounting for about 12.8% of the Group's current orders, and about 8823.5 billion yuan in the Chinese market, accounting for about 47.9% of the Group's current orders.
