Endeavor Real Estate Group acquired Carnegie Point, a five-story, 108,000-square-foot building in SouthPark. The Charlotte Business Journal reports the recently renovated building traded for $38.8 million. Redline Property Partners was the seller. Redline acquired Carnegie Point for $27.8 million in January 2022.

CBRE’s Patrick Gildea and Matt Smith represented the seller in the transaction.

The Class A building was constructed in 1986 and has undergone several renovations over the last 40 years. Former owner ICM Asset Management renovated Carnegie Point in 2016. Redline completed a series of upgrades that include a lobby renovation, elevator modernization, roof replacement, parking enhancements and improved common areas throughout the building as well as the creation of new amenity spaces.

Carnegie Point is about 92% leased. Tenants include LPL Financial, SunCap Property Group, Carnegie Private Wealth, Lowry & Associates, McMillan, Psaroudis & Markey and First Tryon Securities.

Carnegie Point is Endeavor’s first Charlotte property.
