10:46 AM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- S-Bank secured 97.32% of shares in Oma Säästöpankki (OMASP.HE), or Oma Savings Bank, according to the preliminary results of the former's extended cash tender offer to acquire the Finnish retail bank. Oma Savings Bank said Friday that during a subsequent offer period, shareholders tendered an additional 162,531 shares, representing approximately 0.49% of the bank's issued and outstanding shares and votes, excluding treasury shares. S-Bank will release the final results of the offer on Oct. 26, with payment for the tendered shares expected on Nov. 2.
