12:22 PM EDT, 10/23/2026 (MT Newswires) -- BofA Global Research raised its price objective and forecasts for Galderma Group (GALD.SW) after the Swiss dermatology company delivered "another standard quarter," with better-than-expected third-quarter sales. The group's total net sales reached $1.63 billion for the three-month period, up 26% year over year on a constant currency basis and 5.2% ahead of consensus, the research firm said in a Friday note. "Mgmt raised growth guidance from 19-21% to 22.5-23.5%, ahead of cons (21.4%) for 2026E. The outperformance was broad-based across all categories, reinforcing our confidence in the strength and durability of the growth story," analysts added. "Mgmt now expects to resubmit Relfydess to the US FDA in 1Q27E, ahead of our expectations, supporting a potential 2H27E launch (if approved)." Taking these into account, BofA raised the price objective to 210 francs from 200 francs, while maintaining the stock's buy rating. EPS estimates for 2026 through 2028 were also increased by between 1% and 3%, alongside higher total sales and core EBITDA projections for all three years. "GALD remains one of the rare quality structural growth stories in EU consumer, underpinned by attractive category growth, white-space opportunities and best-in-class innovation in Injectable Aesthetics," BofA said, noting that the group is part of its "Top 10 4Q Best Ideas" list.
